Has the best view of Indian Ocean and Red Cliff Mountain range. All rooms have 02 king size poster beds with all other amenities including a private Jacuzzi and a rain shower area as well. Room also has the luxury of a private balcony for relaxation and also to enjoy the sunset and the picturesque panorama of the fishing boats in the evening. These rooms too has designed to enjoy the setting sun from the bath rooms except the rooms 101 & 104.

Superior Room

This room has a private plunge pool of the size 28ft.x 20ft and mostly patronized by the honeymooners. It also consists of a balcony and a living area. All the plunge pool rooms are in ground floor. The total square area of the room with the plunge pool is 992 square feet. The shower area designed with granites to give the rustic and exotic feeling is in the plunge pool area.

Semi Penthouse

Most spacious room which has the best panoramic view of Mirissa Bay, Red Cliff Mountains and the Indian Ocean. All Penthouses have 02 king size poster beds with all VIP amenities with a private Jacuzzi plus a rain shower. The room is 959 sq. feet in size. 02 Penthouses have private balconies which have the view of the nearby river Polathumodera and the ocean. Except room 101 & 104, all Penthouses have the luxury of watching the sunset from bathrooms as well.
